We are the market leader in smaller CHF bonds. We structure and place bonds and convertible bonds for Swiss and foreign companies that are able to access the capital market.

We usually grant issuers a firm underwriting and thus guarantee the issue proceeds even before they are placed with investors. Issuers also benefit from the fact that the bonds we manage are unsecured and have no restrictive financial covenants.

We also advise you on other debt financing and support you in selecting, contacting and negotiating with private debt providers or other lenders.
